I’m a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN), but before I became the coach I am today, I was the client—battling debilitating endometriosis pain, PMDD, and gut issues for over a decade.

For years, my life revolved around my symptoms—painful cycles, brutal PMS, relentless bloating no matter what I ate. My doctor kept pushing birth control, Lupron, and surgery after surgery… yet my labs always came back “normal,” leaving me feeling defeated and asking, “Why me?”

As an ATC, NASM-CPT, PPSC, PPCES, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Nutrition Consultant, my own journey to (and through) pregnancy and postpartum was anything but smooth. Hormonal acne, inconsistent periods after coming off birth control, frustrating bloating, chronic yeast infections, and painful miscarriages… my body was clearly waving a white flag.
