The #1 Reason You’re Still Bloated

There was a time when I was bloated 24-7, 💩 3 times a week, had a very limited list of safe foods + I'd be exhausted AF no matter how much sleep I got.

And it felt like I was living in pure h*LL.😫painful bloating after every single meal


😫bloating that made it hard to eat
😫growing list of food sensitivities
😫hardly 💩
😫exhausted from sun up to sun down no matter how much sleep I got
😫super painful endo flares
😫constantly hiding behind bloat friendly clothes..

Just to be told time + time again that all of my labs/tests were "normal", given bandaid AF treatment options like miralax or nexium + that my symptoms were just “IBS”.

But what I did NOT do was settle for that 😏

You see there was a REASON why I was struggling so bad with my digestion. There’s always a reason.☝🏼

And as I’ve said before, “IBS” is a sh*t diagnosis. It’s a sign that you’ve got work to do!

When you work to TARGET what’s actually driving your symptoms vs just throwing spaghetti 🍝 at the wall hoping it’ll stick..

And by that I mean just taking a bunch of supplements, bandaid pharmaceuticals, following a bunch of restrictive AF diets…
